One benefit of the virtual platform is that it is much easier for you to manage your conference attendance and other duties seamlessly. Feel free to attend as you wish, entering and exiting the sessions as you wish. For individuals where internet may work better in the evening, the sessions are all recorded and can be accessed at a time that works best for you.

How do I access the Virtual OAgC?

On January 4th, 2021 all registrants who provided a unique email address with their registration will be sent instructions on how to access the virtual conference platform starting on Jan 6th. These same instructions can be used to access the web portal until March 31, 2021

On the Conference Lobby page, you will enter the log in information provided by email. This will take you to the virtual conference where you can select the Program which gives you access to the Live and On Demand sessions, the Exhibition Hall or the Resources Page.

What Web browser will optimize my experience of the Virtual Conference?

The virtual conference will work on all browsers for PC and MAC computers, and all smartphones and tablets. We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari as your browser as these are the best for live streaming reception. If you use Internet Explorer 11, you must also have flash installed and working.

When should I Log in?

If you anticipate having technical difficulties, it may be worthwhile to join 5-10 minutes ahead of time.

To do a test go to http://www1.webcastcanada.ca/test-video.php to test your computer video and audio settings before joining the conference.

However, joining us at the start of sessions is also fine.
