Payment Options

Payment can be made by:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Cheque  (make cheques payable to “Southwest Agricultural Conference”)

If you provided an email address with your registration you will receive a registration confirmation email. Print the confirmation and bring with you to the conference. If you do not provide an email address your confirmation will be included in your conference package.

 

Registration Deadline

Registration will close on December 7th, 2018 or when conference reaches capacity. Once registration closes no further registrations will be accepted by phone, mail, fax, online or at the door.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations are non-refundable.

You may transfer your 2019 registration to another person to be used for the 2019 conference with no administrative fee. Please notify the registrar in writing by email to rcabc@uoguelph.ca providing the name to whom the registration will be transferred to.

Unused 2019 registrations may be transferred for one year to be used for the 2020 conference. An administrative fee of $50 will be applied. Please notify the registrar in writing by email to rcabc@uoguelph.ca that you wish to transfer your registration to 2020.

No refunds or transfers will be provided for the Livestream option.
