If you provided an email address with your registration you will receive a registration confirmation email. Print the confirmation and bring with you to the conference. If you do not provide an email address your confirmation will be included in your conference package.
Registration will close on December 6th, 2019 or when conference reaches capacity. Once registration closes no further registrations will be accepted by phone, mail, fax, online or at the door.

All registrations are non-refundable and not transferrable to the 2021 conference.
We do understand that circumstances may change which have an effect on your ability to attend the event after it has been booked and paid for. Should your attendance plans change you have the following options:
Transfer to Livestream: You may transfer your on-site attendance to the Livestream. This will provide you with access to a variety of recorded and livestreamed sessions on Day 2 of the conference. In addition you will have access to them for a minimum of 2 months following the conference. You may choose this option up to the morning of Day 2.
Transfer to another person: You may transfer your on-site attendance to another person who will attend in your place for the 2020 Conference at any time up to end of day on Jan 2, 2020. Meal changes will not be allowed. Registrations cannot be transferred from 2020 to another conference year.
All changes to registration must be advised in writing by email to email@example.com or by calling 1-866-222-9682. Requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, registration level, amount paid and the new registrant’s name.
No refunds or transfers will be provided for no shows to the 2020 conference.
No refunds or transfers will be provided for the Livestream option.
