Do you want to be added to our waiting list? Contact us and request to be placed on the waiting list. Please include your phone number, email and days of the conference you would like to attend. As we receive cancellations we will use this list to fill the vacant spots.

If you provided an email address with your registration you will receive a registration confirmation email. Print the confirmation and bring with you to the conference. If you do not provide an email address your confirmation will be included in your conference package.
Registration will close on December 15th, 2017 or when conference reaches capacity. Once registration closes no further registrations will be accepted by phone, mail, fax, online or at the door.

Registrations are non-refundable.
You may transfer your 2018 registration to another person to be used for the 2018 conference with no administrative fee. Please notify the registrar in writing by email to email@example.com providing the name to whom the registration will be transferred to.
Unused 2018 registrations may be transferred for one year to be used for the 2019 conference. An administrative fee of $50 will be applied. Please notify the registrar in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to transfer your registration to 2019.
No refunds or transfers will be provided for the Livestream option.
